We are looking for a qualified Female Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance.Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails, calls and chat.
  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Should have Computer skills, MS Office, Chat Support.
Job Location : Wazirpur (Near Shalimar Bagh Metro)Working Day : Mon to Sat (09:30AM to 06:30PM)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?14,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per monthBenefits:
