Talking about the JOB, The initial 2 months TRAINING is just to check if you are capable of the work and job roles! If we find everything is perfect, you would be automatically be promoted to a full time job position in our company! Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction - Abandoned checkouts, COD Approval, Design approvals from customer, social media/WhatsApp queries, Follow ups, sending tracking links
• Collaborations
• Social Media Handling - Sundays
• Social Media Coordination
• Exhibition Sales
• Website Coordination
• Order Management
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Should have fashion knowledge as well.
• Should have basic fashion knowledge.
• Should be able to use language and currency convertor.
• Should be able to use Microsoft office.
• Should know basic graphics on canva.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, fashion, business administration, or similar.
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?5,000.00 - ?6,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
