Job Description


Location: Thakur College, Kandivali This role will consist of Faculty Assignment as well as Academic Management. KRA: 1. Developing academic plans, timetables, and schedules for the course. Managing class allocations, and resolving scheduling conflicts. 2. Supporting faculty members in their teaching efforts by providing guidance, resources. 3. Ensuring that the batches are run smoothly on a daily basis. 4. Ensure sessions (online /offline ) are delivered on time and as per agreed schedule 5. Ensure attendance is captured in the systems 6. Collecting Feedbacks & Reviews from the students after completion of every Module. 7. Taking Parent\'s feedback on regular basis. 8. Track, update and maintain reports specific to the program on a day to day basis. 9. Ensuring the development, review, and effective implementation of the curriculum. 10.Providing academic guidance and support to students, including counselling, mentoring, and addressing any academic concerns or challenges they may face. 11. Managing all the operational activities and day-to-day life cycle of the institute such as batch formation and coordination, faculty coordination, classroom arrangement, etc. 12. Assisting in organizing academic events, such as seminars, conferences, or workshops, to enrich the educational experience of students and promote intellectual engagement within the institution. 13. Managing the branch\'s income and expenses. 14. Maintaining discipline by implementing and monitoring the organizational policies. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes excellence in teaching 15. Management and coordination of academic events and activities. 16. Active participation /driving of the organizational initiatives. 17. Post completion of the Academic Year: Help in lead generation. Handling online enquiries and converting them into enrolments. Review prospective student applications for college admission. You have to work on maximizing the Referrals for admissions. 18. Any other work allotted by the management as and when required. Requirement: - Ideally the candidate has worked as an Admin Executive or Head / Assistant Teacher / Course Coordinator / Visiting Faculty for minimum 1-2 years in education sector - Good Communication Skills - Good Interpersonal Skill - Proactive - Experience in Managing students and faculties present in the center
