Job Description

- Preparing TLM for curriculum and classes.- Creating lesson plans and reviewing lesson plans- Archiving curriculum and academic processes documents. - Curating content and managing an online classrooms / async models- Archiving curriculum and academic processes documents- Posting and managing an online classrooms / async models- Supporting in curriculum framework development and research in collaboration- Overall preparation and setting up of art rooms for classes. - Supporting overall coordination- Classroom observations.- Supporting demonstration of best practices to teachers.- Reviewing ongoing student work.- Ensuring needs of all children are met in the teaching learning process.- Evaluating student outcomes - Managing quality of evaluation reports- Support in designing assessment guidelines for visual arts program*
- Planning and managing field trips and collaboration with visiting faculty and experts- Contributing towards development and execution of processes related to arts program- Execution of various arts related student exposure and enrichment activities (e.g.- field trips, visiting experts, workshops, exchange programmes, internationalism, house activities, inter-school activities, events, art related extra curricular projects, student work exhibitions, etc.)- Support in execution of talent development processes.- Making teaching learning visible- Researching and providing ideas in the design and development of the ECA and life skills program in relation to the Arts Programme (e.g. Makerspace, technical inputs for IC & EC projects, handwork skills etc.)- Supporting the development and execution of the school's after school talent development programme for Arts.-Execution of lesson plans related to arts integrated programs, life skills program and ECA program.
