Role Summary

To carry out all FM related tasks for the site under your control, to include: -

Housekeeping, Security, Repair & Maintenance, Transportation, RO & CCD Machine Maintenance, Material management, Pest Control, Guest Managements, Data Management, Contractual Staff Management, Reception management, Courier management, Telecommunication, Electrical equipment\'s management, Cab booking, Hotel Booking, Project Management, Budgeting.

What you will do

• Be the point of contact for the Sophos Facilities Management team.
• Management of housekeeping & security team, including check updates regarding minimum wages with the vendor and get the same implemented with the help of Payroll team.
• Rate negotiations with the vendor & PO creation for future updates
• Repair & maintenance
• Cab booking
• Hotel Booking
• Company vehicles management
• Telecommunication
• Cafeteria Management
• Pest control
• F&F clearance for Ahmedabad based employees.
• Project management
• All Electrical equipment\'s management including UPS, DG, PAC, AC, Lifts, water pumps, electrical panels.
• JIRA ticketing system Management for India
• Managing CCD machines & RO chiller machines for house 1 & house
• Data reporting for India
• Implemented regularly scheduled testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of all FM related equipment\'s.
• Take steps to prevent fire outbreaks by making appropriate recommendations to management.
• Monitor & Control, Admin Capex/Opex expenditure and maintain cost efficiency in Facilities Assets inventory & maintenance for the operation to ensure adequate budget is available for business plan.
• Take care of all AMC and renewals of all FM related equipment\'s
• Assist with staff events and catering Ensure that for company-wide meetings that the rooms and areas being used are set up in advance and work with IT to ensure all equipment is fully functioning.
• To ensure the office is presentable.
• Work as part of the team to ensure safety of SOPHOS employees, site guests and contractors.
• Supervise the process of submission of periodic statutory audits/returns as per various Acts to ensure compliances & timely payments to vendors.
• To be available 24/7 to assist with call outs and emergency situations as they arise.
• Negotiations and selection of best fit vendor for best possible services or product at optimized rates.
• Inventory and ordering of all facilities related supplies. Responsibility for raising all building and facilities related PO\'s and track spend.
• Assist with office moves where required and ensure layout of office is up to date.

What you will bring

• A person should have technical knowledge of handling DG, PAC, Air cons, Server rooms.
• Preferred electrical engineer
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and undertake training.
• Previous background in Facilities Management is required.
• Good communication is required.
• Ability to comprehend and adhere to health and safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to anticipate problems and quickly find solutions to them.
• Ability to analyse situations and provide prompt solutions to challenges.
• Someone who can generate innovative ideas and techniques easily.
• A person who can single-handedly and efficiently perform electrical installation jobs.
• Someone who can supervise junior technicians and possesses a team spirit.
• A person who can quickly adapt to changes and learn new skills and techniques.
• The Person should be a team player and ability to perform under work pressure.
