Job Description


Executive/ Sr. Executive (Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing)

- Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the company\'s employer brand.

- Provide regular updates to GM - HR on the status of open positions and recruitment activities.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.

- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)

- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

- Maintain candidate databases.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Human Resources with 7-9 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition within a Manufacturing Industry is a Must.

2. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

3. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
