We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our Customer Success team with preferred experience in a similar role. In this role, one must apply empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs help directly drive FA\'s success. Responsibilities:1. Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely Project Execution2. Conduct in-depth training sessions for Client Project stakeholders on using the Product3. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed4. Guide client on product features and how to use them5. Drive Client Scale-Ups to reach enterprise level penetration6. Update client about new feature developments and enhancements according to client business requirements7. Monitor client accounts to ensure product adoption and usage8. Demonstrating the product to client pre-execution, if needed9. Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.Requirements and Skills:1. Engineering graduates with 0-2 years of experience2. Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills3. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment4. Go-getter attitude and a strong work ethic5. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint6. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude7.
