Responsibilities and requirements :- Take the responsibility of onboarding the client and taking them to live on our platform by performing necessary tasks in coordination with the sales team.- Schedule Training sessions at all our partnered restaurants.- Train the restaurant management staff about our product and how to use it.- Make sure that the staff is implementing & following the right processes and practices.- Take complete ownership of managing the accounts and solving problems in real-time that are faced by clients.- Handle a group of team members and make sure everybody is following the right practices and procedures.Skills & Competencies :- Proven work experience of 0-2 years in the field of operations or in similar roles- Excellent Communication Skills- Ability to build relationships- Problem-solving skills- Bachelor\'s degree in any field- Self-motivated, with a high degree of alliance & respect for work culture, people, systems & processes- Excellent abilities in mentoring & coaching to achieve performance from the team- Ability to handle high-pressure environments with a calm & capable approach (ref:updazz.com)
