Job Description
Responsibilities and requirements :- Take the responsibilities of onboarding the client and taking them to live on our platform by performing necessary tasks in coordination with the sales team.- Schedule Training sessions at all our partnered restaurants.- Train the restaurant management staff about our product and how to use it.- Make sure that the staff is implementing & following the right processes and practices.- Take complete ownership of managing the accounts and solving problems in real-time which are faced by clients.Requirements : - Proven work experience of 0-2 years in the field of operations or in similar roles- Excellent Communication Skills- Ability to build relationships- Problem-solving skills- Bachelor\'s degree in any field (ref:updazz.com)
