- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and
professional platforms). - Interviewing candidates.
- Prepare and distribute assignments to the candidates.
- Provide information of the shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Preparing job offers.
Specifications (Skills & Competencies)
Must have core recruitment experience- Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Networking with various institutions and social media
- Good knowledge of various recruitment portals
- People oriented and result driven
Qualification
MBA in Human Resource (preferred) / Graduate Overall Experience 3 5 years
