Responsibilities :

Skillsets :

• Knowledge of at least one of the following Industries Retail, CPG, Telecom, Auto or Manufacturing.
• ECommerce /retail domain knowledge, Presales, Business analysis, PRODUCT ENGINEERING, SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENT NEEDS, MANAGES BUSINESS CONSULTANTS.
• Agile - scrum master/ exposure to Agile methodology, working with cross functional teams
• Certifications Into Business analysis like CBAP, CSPO etc. would be added advantage.
• Requirements Elicitation, Stakeholder management and Competitive Analysis
• Wireframe creation and working knowledge on any prototype tool (Balsamiq, InVision App, Justinmind, Figma etc.)
• Ecommerce and Retail domain knowledge with microservice based architecture will be added advantage.
• Envision towards building a well defined product roadmap.
• Ability to understand and work with REST API\'s.
• Project and portfolio management.

*write and prioritize requirements and manage and facilitate the product development lifecycle, from inception to release to review.
*Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

• Lead the product strategy through to development and deployment, working with leaders in business from sales, marketing, operations, and development
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
• Work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements.
• Work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer
• Serve as the internal and external advocate for the product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.
• Responsible for researching the market, customer needs and define the product with business requirements.
• Responsible for discovering products as per the customer needs with current marketing trend.
• Active management right from the initial stage till the end of product life cycle to deliver high quality product.
• Work with marketing team to identify the requirements from the sales and create product requirement document.

Technical and Professional Requirements :

8 - 11 years of relevant professional experience.

• Possess product knowledge in retail /Ecommerce domain.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information
• Should possess technical knowledge in ecommerce field
• Knowledge in current marketing trends
