ZS's Business Technology Solutions team is responsible to lead end to end responsibility of project across all phases i.e. discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and operations. BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT - BUSINESS ANALYST

ZS' R&D Excellence Practice brings together experts in Strategy, Research, Clinical Execution, Data Sciences and Technology to empower client organizations achieve their passion for patient care, science and business success. Through our "Biomedical Innovation", "Lifecycle Evidence Strategy", "Clinical Trial Optimization", "Medical Affairs" and "Real World Evidence" services, we deliver impact where it matters, from early drug development to commercialization. This role will be aligned with ZS R&D Excellence Practice Area across multiple clients

ZS supports clients' biomedical research activities and ensure breakthrough insights, productivity and efficiency in their research operations including drug discovery, translational medicine and pre-clinical studies.

Responsibilities * Lead and participate in clinical business process discussions with clients, identify requirements and user stories

• Lead requirements gathering activities and collaborate with Product owner to prioritize and groom the backlog to ensure appropriate level of detail is captured at the right time
• Author high-level user stories and develop related tasks, acceptance criteria and test cases
• Work with functional and technical consultants to support configuration of requirements, relationships, features and metadata/data exchange between platforms
• Plan and facilitate various Agile meetings and artefacts, including sprint planning, review & retrospectives, daily stand-ups and planning poker
• Perform business process modelling, data flow, user experience modeling, and basic technical architecture diagramming
• Support architecture and development teams with solution design, application integration and data exchange design requirements
• They will act as techno-functional Liaison between client business user and project engineering team to provide correct business context, business rules

Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science /Pharma/ Bioinformatics/ Medicine or related disciplines

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Science preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Experience in leading agile technology programs end-to-end from planning to solution release in the life sciences space
• Experience working in end-to-end Clinical Data Repository implementation with Biometrics space will be preferred
• Experience in working with, or data from, clinical systems (CDR, EDC, CTMS, IVR, eTMF and Patient data such as ePRO, Lab, CDMS, etc.), understanding clinical process and clinical documents is preferred
• Exposure to clinical data standards like CDISC (SDTM, ADaM ) is preferred
• Experience in building and delivering GxP compliant solutions for large enterprise program preferred
• Experience in driving requirements discussions, workshops and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, across time zones, during the planning and delivery of technology projects
• Experience in delivering agile technology implementations using leading cloud-based implementations preferred
• Exposure to programming language like R, Python and SAS is preferred.
• Exposure to clinical data modeling

ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
