Your field of responsibility

Exempt Non-Officer, Recruitment Marketing (Channel Management) is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing communications or employer branding professional who is keen to support the talent strategies for the bank. Working across recruitment portfolio that spans across both the campus and experienced audiences across the Asia Pacific region, you would be responsible to translating recruitment objectives for different businesses into creative talent attraction as well as employer branding strategies. This approach requires creative thinking and adaptability to focus on entry-level, diverse and internal talent pools.

Your future colleagues

This role will work closely with the global channel management team and is part of a broader team based in India. The Channel Management team is part of the Recruitment Function and works with functions like HR Marketing, D&I, Corporate Communications, and other key functions to develop marketing plans and campaigns to address recruitment marketing objectives and challenges. Join an agile team that works across the spectrum - from strategy through to execution. Supporting key aspects of the bank’s strategy, in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Your skills and experience

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media. Ideally with experience in employer branding.

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in marketing campaign development and execution, including the ability to write and edit publishing-ready content. An ability to always be on the lookout to spot creative trends and apply it in our recruitment marketing plans
  • Create exciting, relevant and differentiating creative assets (videos, carousels, static posts) with a focus on digital, including social media, website content, articles and marketing collateral
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate optimally with teams and business partners within and outside marketing
  • Expert analytical skills, including an understanding of data and candidate research. Maintaining metrics around campaigns, initiatives and tools ensuring that performance of activities can be effectively tracked and analyzed to ensure optimization of channels
