Product management and marketing specialist

You will be working as Product management and marketing specialist, reporting to Marketing Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Product for Electrification business area, Smart Power division based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global/local product strategy

Your responsibilities

• Implementing the local go-to\xe2\x80\x93market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
• Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
• Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups
• Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market
• Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales/FES team
• Implementing all marketing activities, and supporting sales/Front-End Sales (FES) organizations in driving sales and services of respective products

Your background

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing collaterals
• Knowledge of Low voltage switchgear market is must
• Should have good technical knowledge about LV switchgear and in particular to IEC 61439
• Willing to travel and meet new customer
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
