Colt is a leading global telecommunications firm Fast moving environment, delivering cutting edge solutions to customer Ensuring completion of requisite tasks as per customer expectations and within agreed SLA\'s & OLA\'s. Candidate will be required to work in Indian, European Business hours and Out of office hours as well, depending on the activation schedule. Additionally, the candidate is required to support and deliver standard customer solutions as part of the Voice Delivery team, covering feasibility check, Service Provisioning, testing, handover and documentation of Voice solutions & services in accordance with the COLT Voice product portfolio. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience (2-7 years) in the field of Telecom Operations. The candidate should have a good understanding of Switching/VoIP concepts and CCS7 signaling. It is highly desirable that the candidate has sound knowledge of Siemens EWSD or Nortel DMS. Demonstrates excellent decision-making skills and is focused on success. Displays a high level of initiative and works proactively. B.
