Job Description


Oversee all Human Resources related activities and responsibilities. Participate in Business and Operational Planning and Review Processes Engage with all Employees at the Office and Sites to ensure all HR related matters are addressed in a timely manner Communication and Effective Knowledge Sharing of HR Issues and Best Practices within the HR Team Support in translating and implementing the HR Objectives into HR Strategies and Business Requirements Training and Development Provide support in the organizing of internal training and providing the required facilities Industrial Relations Designs, Develops and Updates Overall Approach to Managing Employee Relations including Statutory Laws, Collaboration with Business Leaders on alternative Strategies Employee Engagement Provides valuable inputs to managing Employee Relations including Statutory Laws, Labour Laws. Provides On-the-Job Guidance to Managers to manage the performance of staff and maximize employee engagement Ensure and monitor compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements in partnership with the Project Managers Plans and Conducts Programs on Diversity Handling related to Environment, People and Culture Designs, initiates and Manages welfare activities Establishes Health and Safety Guidelines, Develops the Overall Approach to Safety Designs work arrangement and Environment to increase employee Productivity, Morale and Retention Resolves Employee Grievances and Indiscipline through Counseling and Formal Disciplinary Action Processes HR Process Delivery Facilitate Recruitment and Workforce planning Intervention Communicate and Implement all Processes, Policies, Programs Manage and intimate the HO HR Team on Employee Joining, Leave, Termination, Resignation Details Administration Provide administrative Support to various projects and offices. Establishment of Outsourced Security Service and preventive systems Establishment of Project communication system Ongoing administration of office and camp facilities as per contractual conditions. Ensuring implementation of the Brand Values and Standards at all the offices and sites Ensure standardization of Brand signage, infrastructure at all the offices including project site Trouble shooting, grievance handling and Crisis management at the office and at project sites Interaction and Issue resolution with formal and informal local bodies, key personnel and Local community at the project sites Ongoing liaison and relationship management with vendors of office facilities and services. Ensure comfort and hospitality of guests and visitors as per company s norms. Obtaining mandatory licenses and permits for transport and infrastructure establishment. Asset Management Accountable for Physical verification of all the Assets of the Company Upkeep and Periodic Maintenance activities of office, equipment, assets and infrastructure as per schedule. Experience: 15+ Years Industry:Real Estate Type:Full Time Education: Masters Degree in HR Management
