Preparation of offer letter, appointment letter, internship letter, Salary slip, Payroll.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Gather data with useful HR metrics
Maintain attendance sheets (Should be versed with PF, Esic, etc. regulations)
Manage companys hiring/recruitment process thru consultants and directly. Take first round of interview.
Must be well versed with Microsoft Office.
