Job Description


HR Responsibilities Develop fair HR Policies and ensure employees understand and comply with it. Plan and Implement company Talent Acquisition strategy including Sourcing, testing, interviewing, and hiring. Manage end-to-end recruitment process and smooth onboarding & Off-boarding Process. Maintaining HR records, Such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance. Resolving Conflicts and Concerns with the employees. Monitor the HR Department\xe2\x80\x99s Budget and targets. Should actively involve in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Statutory Benefits, attendance & Payroll Management. Conducting employee orientation and facilitating it for newcomers. Maintaining and reporting on Workplace health and safety compliances. Leading a team of Junior Human Resources. HR Requirements >6+ yrs. of experience in HR Operations. Must be in MBA HR (Regular). Should have worked in IT/ITES Operations. Experience in Conflict Resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace Investigations Competency in Microsoft Applications. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 9500,000.00 - 9700,000.00 per year Benefits:
