Role & Responsibilities:
In the role of Electrical Engineer you will perform various Sustenance activities, testing and documentation duties on projects assigned. Primary responsibilities and skill requirements (not limited to) are mentioned below
Proficiency in Electrical Engineering Principles and network analysis of system
Identify risk and propose a preliminary mitigation idea. Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
Independently build and complete work breakdown structure (WBS) of project execution- Majorly Technical.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Critical Thinking, ability to comprehend the situation/ Problem, Bring up on time
Handled More than 5 projects, end to end Product development experience.
Firm understanding & hands on experience on working through the complete project life cycle management (PLM)
Detailed understanding of EOL management
Design for Adaptability (DFR. DFSS, DFT & DFM)
Coordinate optimally with the Labs to perform the testing & technical execution
Work independently multi-functional teams to understand customer requirement, participate in system / subsystem design review.
Lead finalization of electrical design requirements by collaborating / reviewing with systems & global engineering teams.
Understand & capture product requirements/needs and articulates technical specifications.
Build and develop design concepts, trade off analysis. Component selection and suggest alternate components based on cost, function, performance and DFX.
Conceptualize/ Build /Conduct & Document testing as per test plans (V&V- including functional and regulatory test cases)
Critically review failures & build root cause analysis on design issues and provide design solutions.
Build design documents & artifacts as per design process
Technically capable of independently performing logic design, design modeling, simulation and predictive analysis considering performance parameters. Implement the design optimization and confirmation to requirements by using these analyses.
Hands on Experience working with electrical /electromechanical components and relevant integration design and evaluation (Transformers, Circuit breakers, Motors, Controllers, 1Phase and 3Phase systems, Contactors, Relays etc.)
Ability to build electrical budgeting for a product independently. Guide
Decent experience with Systems Design and Integration.
Understanding of Digital, analog systems and Integrated Circuits.
Minimum Qualification
Master\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years of proven experience in relevant industry
Systems Engineering Certification- Added advantage
Hands on experience with core DEx (design excellence principles tools and techniques)
Design to Standard & Certification (IEC 61010, UL471, others etc)
Understanding for EMI/EMC and other regulatory requirements, testing and fixing issues to meet the requirements
Excellent understanding of latest component trends in the field of Electrical Engineering
Experience working on Electrical Schematic design
PID algorithms and tuning- (Optional)
