Accountabilities:

• You are the expert who transforms user stories and business requirements into a scalable technical design, including improving existing designs within the defined boundaries.
• You should have the appetite to stay updated on the latest and greatest features released by Enablon and incorporate the applicable features to enhance the business productivity and improve the platform performance.
• You will also oversee development / configuration work completed by internal and external third parties into the existing solution, to ensure that best practices are followed and proactively monitor system stability metrics (e.g., Master Data exchange, system performance, platform sizing, job scheduling, ...).
• You will be called upon to suggest functional improvements to the platform to improve system stability and performance, as a valued member of the HSE team.
• You should be a go-getter; a quick learner and your solutions should encompass the 360-degree view of the problem/solution space. You will make improvement proposals based on the recurrent incidents - recognizing the need to switch from incident into problem management approach.
• You should deliver solution matching with the corporate environment and the Syngenta technical landscape.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as computer science/engineering.
• 3+ years or relevant Enablon experience in a multi-national company, including hands-on experience of Enablon and its integration with other IT solutions used to support HSE capabilities.
• Good knowledge on HSE processes, particularly within a hazardous manufacturing context e.g., chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, or another relevant industry.

Desirable:

• Integration, especially with existing middleware solution (for example SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI and Mulesoft).
• Strong problem solving and teamwork with ability to work in minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an agile framework with knowledge on ITIL processes.
• Experience working with Comaea or on a Fleet Management System (FMS) is also advantageous
