Job Description

: As the E-commerce Manager at RSO Outfits, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online sales channels, including our website and various marketplace platforms. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to optimize our e-commerce operations and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on online marketplaces and our website, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of orders, inventory management, and customer service. Oversee Amazon PPC management, including campaign setup, optimization, and monitoring to maximize advertising ROI and drive sales. Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales performance across all online channels. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and execution of e-commerce initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, and implement new technologies or strategies as appropriate. Provide regular reporting and analysis on e-commerce performance to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, including website management systems and marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central). Experience with Amazon PPC management and proficiency in advertising tools such as Amazon Advertising Console. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
