Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Ecommerce Manager with one of the leading FMCG organization

Experience: 10+ years

Location: New Delhi (Work from Office)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Driving the sales performance of all major E-Commerce platforms i.e. Amazon, Flipkart, Big Baskets etc, Ensuring that MOM target meet with each partner in-line with yearly business plan.

- Understanding & helping the yearly plan for all portals, considering the growth plan along with category gaps if any,

- Involved in overall pre-order submission as per planned growth & gap fulfillment category-wise.

- Ensuring timely launches & allocation of season articles at each portal,

- Manage cataloging & article creation for new season styles to have proper visibility on portals,

- Managing and executing marketing campaigns and allocation of budget at partner level.

- Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions.

- Providing insights on primary and secondary numbers and working closely with portal to identify the gaps and opportunity,

- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments,

- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment,

- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through

- Ensuring timely reconciliation of partners on a quarterly basis along with finance team.
