The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing our ecommerce platforms, overseeing sales and marketing strategies, improving customer experience, and analyzing data to identify trends and optimize performance. The successful candidate will also work closely with the IT team and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of the ecommerce operations. Qualifications Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze business data, track KPIs, and identify trends to improve ecommerce operations Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and team members Sales: Experience in sales strategies and creating campaigns to increase sales E-Commerce: Thorough understanding of ecommerce platforms, including website design, content management, user experience, and payment gateways Marketing: Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing campaigns, and social media marketing Attention to detail: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring all details are taken care of Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in ecommerce management or related field Experience managing a team and working with third-party vendors Strong understanding of web analytics and technology Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify or WooCommerce would be beneficial
