Job Description
Oversee Customer service and order management. Coordinate with production team for smooth fulfilment of orders. Communication with client on multiple platforms like, WhatsApp, Instagram, E-mail. Maximising Customer satisfaction. Generate sales and follow up on leads. Look for potential leads and follow-up. Host Interior Designers & clients in the experiential centre on appointment basis. Collaborate with PR Team for potential strategy execution. Collaborate with Marketing Team for improving aspects related to website and ads for increasing sales. Managing & growing sales from marketplaces like, Tata Cliq, Aajio, Nykaa Fashion, Amazon, Altrove, LVNG, etc
