Ecommerce Manager
Job Description
As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online sales strategy and presence of our company. This includes planning, implementing, and executing e-commerce initiatives to drive online revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the IT team to address technical issues and implement improvements.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability, and implement pricing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed.
