Our company website: www.Cholayil.com We are looking for a National Key Account Manager for E-com portals who will be responsible for managing the online channels and ensuring the achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses. Key Responsibilities: Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform. Managing Key Accounts and closing annual JBPs as per business objectives. Developing PDPs as per industry best practices for the respective platforms. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps. Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by Brand, new product sell-through performance. Efficiently planning & expenditure of agreed investments. Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities. Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio. Gather shopper Insights. Feed Product Development Ideas thru category Insights gathered through channel partners and tracking competitor activity. Outstanding collection and reconciliation with accounts assigned. Skills Required: MBA in Marketing from a Reputed Institution. 4 to 6 years - experience in FMCG distribution preferred. 3-4 years of exclusive experience in managing E Com channels. Must have worked with Cosmetic or Toiletries or Food products. FMCG experience would be Preferred. Should be well versed with the ways of E Com working, Channel Relationships. Understanding of Variables that influence purchases in E Com Browse Marketing Tools & Properties in E Com Terms of a trade by channels and competitive understanding Development of JBPs Analytical & Strategic Growth Focused.
