Job Description


Has responsibility for managing a team with given process scope (Scanning, OCR, invoice processing). Might be segregated according to geography and or sub process. Typically manages multiple team leaders. Owner of transformation initiatives taken in CCAP Ocean team. Drive outcomes from initiatives including but not limited to E2E standardisation / NFTP Job Responsibilities: Own and Drive transformation agenda from the below initiatives E2E Contract and Invoice standardisation: Demonstrate through understanding of the global standards for contract standardisation Maintain overview of terminals slated for standardisation Participate and provide solutions for contract standardisation and invoice standardisation Able to articulate the need for standardisation to stakeholders include external vendors Drive agenda during stakeholder calls. Follow up and ensure open items are closed. Prepare and circulate hyper care reports to demonstrate progress Solutioning - co-create solutions for nonstandard cost/terminals Liaise with stakeholders for exception sig off, & approvals Articulate benefit arising out of standardisation Act as a single point of contact for invoice and contract standardisation Key Skills and Qualification: Behavioural Solution oriented Coping with ambiguity and managing change Stretch beyond comfort zone Agile decision making and taking calculated risks Confidence and maturity to challenge peers Ability to learn and unlearn Technical Degree in Accounting/Audit/Finance or equivalent with understanding of GAAP and IFRS guidelines. Handled complex projects involving multiple stakeholders Microsoft office (excel is a must) Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Partnerships Lobbies behind the scenes to build support for ideas and solicits involvement of others to build ownership and buy-in Impacts decision thro data driven presentation and discussions Can be a substitute for regional lead to drive agenda in project calls Analyse the wider business and political implications while making decisions Actively participate in project calls share and learn best practices Build trust and rapport with stakeholders involved in the project. Seen as a go to person for opinions and decision making. Key Stakeholders/Relationships: OCL CFO Product team Operations and Procurement teams
