Job Description

The Business Analyst (BA) is a key role that supports the automation of a process.BA typically take the lead role in assisting with the business case. Also role includes defining, analysing and documenting the E2E requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Work independently with the process SME (GSS and US) ,build a comprehensive understanding of the process and document the same in the PDD (Process definition document)
Build the test case scenarios and work with the UAT team to develop test cases for automation testing
Socialize and familiarize the PDD with configurators /VRM.
Assist configurators in process automation and act as single point of contact for any process related queries or updates.
Work as a Project Manager for the automation effort monitor and manage the progress, take corrective actions as required and keep the effort on track.
Bring together and collaborate with every individual working on the process Business leaders / Business SME / Configurators / VRM / Engagement Leads
Determine the metrics and success parameters around automation testing and seek approval from business on testing results
Manage the automation deployment to production- conduct change management for business

Experience:
Appx. 10 years of work experience in Process excellence/BA/Business Transformation
Basic understanding of Insurance Industry and processes
Basic understanding of the RPA lifecycle
Ready to learn Blue Prism tool
Minimum experience of 5 - 7 years as a Business Analyst or related role

Knowledge and skills (general and technical):
Good ability to conduct or participate in information gathering via interviews
Ability to own the outcome
Ability to exercise judgment to make decisions for less defined issues and select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Ability to continuously learn new methods and best practices
Strong business process transformation understanding
Strategic thinking skills, problem solving, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems
Communicate effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
Ability to work with various teams and build working relationships
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite Visio, Power Point, Word, Excel
Project Management skills

Education: Graduates /MBA Tier 2 colleges
