Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering
Experienced and dynamic person with minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in System, System Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
Exposure to Finacle product implementation.

This role is for E2E Defect Manager to support large scale program.
A a senior test manager who should be capable for managing stakeholders (working with senior level delivery teams at service provider level for global applications and business/operations teams) to execute the program effectively.
Provide regular detailed trend analysis of defects raised during the life cycle of the development, to enable focus to be directed at problematic areas with the view to reducing defects within these areas, chairing, and managing all defect triage and defect management calls.
Work with business partners, development managers, leads, risk functions to provide status reporting on the overall status of the LOB.
Ensure that cross portfolio dependencies and issues are mitigated and that knowledge sharing, and duplication of effort is minimized.
Work with service provider and business/operations teams with ownership on defect resolution process with clear consensus on defect vs gap.
What you will do
This role will be responsible for the management, maintenance and control of all defects raised by the program.
Representing QA in senior stakeholder meetings for the purposes of defect triage, concession of defects into the live environment and defect reporting throughout the SDLC.
You will provide regular detailed trend analysis of defects raised during the life cycle of the development, to enable focus to be directed at problematic areas with the view to reducing defects within these areas, chairing, and managing all defect triage and defect management calls.
Demonstrable experience of running a Defect Management Function
QC management experience
Proven experience of devising, implementing, and assuring Defect Management strategies at Project/Program level.
Experience of collaborative working with experts in functional, non-functional and test automation disciplines.
Broad stakeholder management experience including external clients and Director level interactions across a range of Business and Technology functions.
Managing, operating, and delivering Quality Assurance across the full SDLC.
As well as practical experience we are looking for a manager who can communicate openly and honestly with their team being always fair and consistent.
