- Incumbent will be responsible for handling the entire gamut of Business HR/Corporate HR.
- Planning & Strategizing HR processes, compensation & benefits, compensation benchmarking, succession planning, PMS, attrition management, retention initiatives, etc.
- General Manager - HR (Plant role), incumbent will be responsible for the entire HR&IR responsibilities of the plant.
