About this opportunity Ericsson is seeking an innovative and expert Digital Product Owner to drive the development and success of our ground breaking Intelligent A&AI Featured Products. This is an excellent opportunity to be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder dedication and supporting the product team in prioritizing and performing efficiently. You will play a crucial role in market analysis, product positioning, and improving customer happiness while working closely with various stakeholders, including Transformation Directors and Execution teams!
What you will do

  • Own and drive transformation of Feature Products, handling all responsibilities throughout their lifecycle.
  • Conduct market analysis and product positioning to assess product\'s place in the organization and market.
  • Develop tailored value propositions for different customer/business segments and continuously adjust strategies based on market changes.
  • Engage with customers/businesses to understand their needs, establish product feedback loops, and collaborate to ensure product alignment with evolving requirements
  • Develop product strategies to prioritize features and enhancements, supervise adoption, and foster multi-functional collaboration to improve adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Define product offering to extend beyond the initial functional area, addressing business needs and incorporating additional features/services.
  • Establish cost recovery and pricing models, collaborating with Transformation Directors for accurate implementation, and monitor financial performance for strategic decisions and pricing adjustments.
  • Design and implement marketing and branding strategies for existing products, using diverse channels to reach target business teams and expand product reach and awareness.
  • Determine and measure product\'s Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), using insights to advise strategic planning and optimize costs for driving value and organizational goals.
  • Implement comprehensive feedback collection systems and analyze feedback to prioritize improvements, collaborating with relevant teams to enhance product experience.
  • Create and handle product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with increasing business needs & making strategic decisions on product continuation or sunsetting based on performance.
  • Establish and maintain approved product roadmaps for delivery, collaborating with multi-functional teams to ensure clarity on expectations and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop change management strategies to facilitate adoption of product updates, proactively addressing challenges and collaborating with stakeholders for smooth transitions and positive outcomes.

You will bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability of 5 years in digital product management, product ownership, or a similar role!
  • Consistent track record of successfully leading and driving the development of digital products and solutions.
  • Solid understanding of automation and AI technologies, market trends, and industry standard processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with different teams.
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and recommend optimal solutions to complex business requirements and customer needs.
  • Solid project management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
