OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

To facilitate and drive initiatives related to LA and Partner Career Life Cycle in terms of end to end program management of Pragati in APC channel and drive Sales team to add productive advisors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Weightage

LA management

o Licensing - PHF to License funnel management

Digital intervention through SmartSell, KLI Recruit, BOOST

Process/System enhancement

o Pragati - Program management (EA/SA Addition, activation and retention)

o LA activation

o Drive MPs on CLA & productivity parameters

o Agency Admin (NTA Tagging, Orphan LA Allocation, LA Termination)

Partner Management

o Partner PMS: Process and Evaluation (Promotion/CMC/Termination)

Custodian of Partner Salary/Ex-gratia budget

o Partner addition, activation & productivity management through regular interventions & manage processes around it

o Manage specific projects pertaining to several Partner related initiatives as a support to sales to impact overall business (10-Dulkar MP, 10-Dulkar Partner)

o Identifying key areas of non-performance by analysing the historical data & with respective stakeholders establish channels of communication

DPO/LAO Governance

o LAO Documentation and verification through RCU/FMG

o Custodian of various processes related to DPO - On-boarding/ Payout/MIS/

o Coordination with various departments : APC BO, RCU, FMG, Compliance, Legal, Accounts

Whatsapp Communication to Distribution teams and Sales for various parameters

System Automation of various processes

Internal Relations:

APC HO, DEG - MIS/R&R/Digital, CPC, IT, Training, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Accounts, ACU, APC Sales Team - All Hierarchy (MP to ZVP)

External Relations:

Executive Advisors, Senior Advisors, Top Partners, LAO

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications:

Post graduate / MBA or equivalent

Work Experience:

Preferable Worked in Insurance company (At least 10 years of total work experience)
