As the Domain Manager you will take ownership of the customer relationship, and will ensure the accurate and accurate delivery of services as specified in the ADM contracts and frame agreement!

What you will do

  • Single point of contact for GNOC, MSIP/Service Owner (MSCLT) and for Customer. To ensure effective & efficient Surveillance of entire Network for all domains.
  • To ensure compliance to Trouble Ticket Management KPIs / SLAs fulfillment. To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
  • Encouraging and supporting initiatives that improve the Network Quality
  • Participate in governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Keeping stakeholders updated on Critical/Major outages
  • Ensuring ticket quality and timely update/progression of faults by engaging key resolution agents.
  • Support of ADHOC request/Analysis related to Availability, Weather etc.
  • Ensuring tools outage co-ordination and ticket creation with support teams. Handling of BCP process during Tools/LAN outages etc.
  • Conducting IPM discussions with the team members. To participate in Recruitment Interviews of selection of personnel
  • Be able to recognize the training requirements for people and give coaching where applicable
  • Be responsible for the wellbeing of all staff in terms of their working environment and conditions of employment
  • Allocate work to the personnel with training and skills capable of doing the task. Ensure the Shift Operations Team is always adequately staffed
  • Attend Management meetings related to Shift Operations activities
  • Ensure that security responsibility is properly understood and followed. Ensure that security is implemented and maintained in accordance with Security and Risk Management directives
  • Ensure that significant security related issues are reported via SIMs tool. Ensure Compliance for Operation\xe2\x80\x99s KPIs
  • Ability to perform under time constrains depending upon the business requirements
  • Encourage solutions based on automation use case candidates. And support to remove the possible source of problems for the automation components
  • Supporting Automation and analytics teams to support analytics and automation use cases
  • Manage unit finance and optimize budget utilization. Actively taking part in Ericsson\xe2\x80\x99s managed services delivery strategies

You will bring

  • Qualifications: Degree within Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Years of experience: 12-20
  • Certifications: ITIL (preferable)
  • Technical and/or functional skills: Good Knowledge of Network implementation & integration, Good Telecom Network knowledge, People Management, Customer Handling Skills, Negotiation, Presentation and Consultative Skills
  • Language skills: Proficiency in Written / Spoken English
