Lydia Recruiters is a free Recruiting Consultancy based in Mumbai, one of our esteemed client's company engaged into manufacturing unit, located in Bhiwandi, requires ' Dispatch Executive' . The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience into dispatch section. The job description is as follows: Qualification: Graduate in any stream. Supervising all dispatches and responsible for all arrangement of the same. Preparing reports of dispatches and reporting to Manager/Asst. Manager Logistics. Physical check along with loading slip of the trucks. Gate pass generation. Supervising the packing of the products for dispatch. Pre-excise invoice checking and generation. Daily reports monitoring of conversion and production reports. Preparation of MIS Reports-Stock report, dispatch reports etc. Loading labour arrangement daily basis. Well versed, experienced in ERP Tally. Follow up with vendors and transporters. Coordination with production, quality check and accounts department. Maintaining stock as per production plan.
