Job Overview:

The role requires the individual to coordinate/liaise with vendors and/or internal stakeholders and teams for flawless execution of critical projects. As a project lead, the individual must ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope & within planned budgets. Additionally, the individual must also be able to interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, review and develop reporting and automation where required to help streamline processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and deliver milestones, key tasks and activities as part of the project.
• Proactively address and resolve overall delivery, process and personnel related risks and issues. Look at best possible resource utilization across skills, availability, personal growth and client needs.
• Manage and provide guidance to the project team throughout the design, development , testing and launch phases.
• Devise and deploy solutions appropriately while using existing best practices wherever appropriate.
• Communicate, interact with and manage client end senior management.
• Conduct project progress/review calls and report progress to internal stakeholders.
• Work with the stakeholders across HR, finance, operations, technology etc. to ensure successful and smooth implementation of projects
• Interpret data, analyze results & trends using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Extract insights from available data and provide analysis to support improvements of existing systems/tools.

• Project execution and implementation globally
• Project conceptualization, design & customisation of best practices across businesses globally
• Completion of projects on time and within budgets.
• Drive and deploy process improvements, standardised practices and automation initiatives through data and trend analysis.

• Tracking and publishing key HR metrics

Qualification & Experience (Critical and Desirable)

Critical:

• Graduate from a reputed institute,
• 10-12 years relevant experience of which over 5 years should be with relevant experience in an IT enabled services industry.
• Prior work experience in HR Recruitment projects
• Microsoft Office skills including MS Project.

Desirable:

• Degree in Human Resources will be preferred
• Post Graduate from a reputed institute
• PMP or PRINCE 2 certified
