Job Title - Digital Marketing & Communication Manager Note - Prefer Candidates From IT Industry. - Create content for all social media channels with content team and get it approved by head. Create brand documents guidelines and update it regularly. Managing all social media channels and ensuring increase engagement of the company across all channels. Taking regular feedback of customers and managing their complaint. Audit and manage gaps on quarterly and yearly basis. Prepare quarterly and yearly tasks sheets and marketing calenders. Preparing pitch presentation for sales. Finding suitable vendors for video production, negotiating with them and help video production team in writing scripts and shooting the product videos. Plan and execute award nominations for company reputation. Identifying events and trade shows for company presentation. Manage trademark filling. Preparing media database and communicate across various press release channels. Identify opportunities to collaborate with influential people and influencers Managing all the press release and events by preparing timely calander. Experience - 10 - 15 years Education - Prefer candidates from digital marketing background, mass communication who also hold good knowledge of technical field.
