Looking For MARCOM (Digital Marketing and Communication Manager) For A Five Star Hotel In Mumbai Marketing & Communication Manager We are looking for an ideal candidate who will lead our marketing activities. Should handle intricate situations in a peaceful manner and take our business clientele to the optimum level. Marketing is responsible to lead the marketing activities and suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns. Should grab the attention of customers and market the products and services. Job description:
- New product launch.
- Competitor research & analysis.
- Understanding and developing budgets Marketing Calendar.
- Building brand awareness and positioning.
- Agency Management (Creative, Digital Marketing & PR)
- Crafting strategies for all Marketing activities.
- Run digital and social media campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads from
Prospective customers. - Build KPI for weekly reporting to show impacts from the marketing department, ROI.
- Expertise and proven track record in Content Marketing on Digital social media.
- Proficiency in working with external agencies to develop implement Online and on-ground
Marketing campaigns. - Highly driven, self-motivated result-oriented. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication presentation skills.
- Excellent at cross-functional collaboration.
- Good understanding of public relations.
- MBA / PGD degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Preferably from Hotel Industry.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience.
