Standard for Position of Simulation Engineer - Assembly SimulationPosition Name Assembly Simulation EngineerMarke t Title Simulation Engineer - Assembly / TCF SimulationGrade Band L 1Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Product ion / Automotive / Design)Technical Skills - Assembly simulation - Ergonomic simulation - Trim and final shop floor - TCF safety planningTool Skills: - DELMIA V6- 3D Experience- Team Centre, vismockup.- Desired - Siemens Jack,Special Requirements: - Exper ience in executing Daimler Projects- Exposure to ergonomics study and joining and assembly technology is must. - Knowledge of plan t operating protocols is an added advantage- Worked with Global Automotive Clients- Knowledge of Simulation standards for Daimler Soft Skills Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.Experience: Min 3 Max 6Relevant Experience (Min) 3 Years Assembly simulation - - Knowledge of Assembly flightpath creation, clash clearance report generation.- Should have experience in P PR Context, scope, Assignment, 3dview - Experience in Digital Manufacturing, Assembly sequence, Probe, SWEPT VOLUME - General Syst em understanding work plan system, Process validation PFMEA, MBOM creation in Delmia V6(3d experience)- Forward kinematics, resourc e creation, Limits, home position, DOF, Types of Joint, JOG, tooling- Should have in depth understanding of Manikin Library, postur e editor, population selection, anthropometry- Human interaction, Vision, swept volumeJob Responsibilities - Virtual to physical, Shop floor Process related issues understanding- Good knowledge of vehicle parts, assemblies, equipment, tooling, assistors - Revi ews with Customer- German language understanding will be added advantage.- Customer prescribed Documentation- Knowledge Sharing a nd documentation
