Senior Director to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Responsibilities include: Partner with the D&A Practice Leader to define the broader delivery organization and governance structures necessary to elevate NTT Data capabilities, and open market opportunities in alignment with practice strategy Drive engagement excellence across the offshore D&A portfolio through the partnership with Solution Architects, Pillar Leaders, Industry Leaders, and Sales teams to refine implementation strategies, mitigate risks, ensure on-time delivery, and exceed client expectations Operationalize client specific ODC\'s including access, security, resource alignment, clean desk policy, while partnering with HR and Global Mobility People management of all delivery resources including partnering with HR to evaluate performance, cultivate and mentor existing talent and leaders, attract and retain new talent Partner with emerging talent program to absorb emerging talent into the organization and refine hiring strategy including campus selection and sponsorship opportunities Actively manages financial performance across the offshore project portfolio to attain D&A practice margin targets, as well as project and resource level margin targets where appropriate Coordinate with the Innovation Lab to develop assets and accelerators, and advise on other differentiated solutions and enablers Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary internal discussions informing ongoing strategic planning, prioritization, resourcing, and ongoing development needs Minimum of 20-25 years of data and analytics experience, with modern analytics and AI tools, platforms, and methods experience highly preferred Prior consulting or professional services experience successfully leading large scale India Delivery practices Experience navigating a complex ecosystem of stakeholders with demonstration of creating and maintaining relationships internally and externally Ability to support and enable the creation of differentiated solutions based on NTT DATA\'s products and capabilities Highly analytical with expert level skills in developing value propositions, defining evaluation criteria, and analyzing results to develop recommendations Superior executive communication skills - both written and verbal Bachelor\'s degree required MS/MBA highly preferred
