Job title: Digital customer acquisition specialist

The role:

We are looking for a Digital Customer Acquisition Specialist who will help us manage our digital acquisition channels, to join our communications team. You will help us manage our digital channel strategy to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include handling conversations on our digital channels and nurturing leads. You will also support digital marketing in dealer digital marketing outreach and conversion. We are looking for candidates who will help us amplify our digital outreach programs and further increase new accounts acquired through digital channels and effectively use our marketing automation tools. As a digital customer acquisition specialist, you should be:

  • An experienced professional with exposure to digital marketing.
  • Possess the willingness and desire to work collaboratively with the digital marketing and CRM teams.
  • Able to perform well under deadlines.
  • Be detail-oriented and willing to interact extensively with customers and prospects.
  • Well organized and efficient.
  • Good at inter-departmental collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively to handle conversations, on message, chat and calls to provide optimum experience to prospects and customers and engage them with the intention to improve lead generation from these conversations to meet marketing targets.
  • Manage conversations across all platforms such as Live Chat, WhatsApp, Meta, paid search and other channels we may activate.
  • Helping the communication team in all lead nurturing activities, including e-mail.
  • Contribute to growing qualified leads for business by following buyer journeys and identifying areas of engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital marketing and content teams to help plan content for customer engagement.
  • Take ownership of data-driven tracking and reporting on customer acquisition channels that you handle listed above.
  • Contribute to data-driven reporting of acquisition campaign ROIs.
  • Document and improve customer journeys and prospects and map to new customer processes in our CRM system.
  • Be responsible for executing lead nurturing campaigns on all digital channels.
  • Support digital marketing in dealer digital programs and e-commerce by follow-ups and providing accurate analytic information.
  • Also help in CRM system master data management.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas customer engagement.
Key skills:
  • Comfortable with analysing data and data-driven reporting.
  • Digital analytical skills will be an added advantage.
  • Keen desire to help and interact with prospects and customers.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Experience in handling CRM platforms will be an added advantage.Basic technical knowledge of web publishing.
  • Familiarity with social media and paid search.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
Educational requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelors/University degree - Technical or Commercial or similar through experience.
  • A year or two of experience in a relevant field will be an added advantage, but is not compulsory.
This position is based in Pune and will report to the Marketing Communications Manager.
