Springer Nature is seeking a highly motivated Digital Analytics Lead to direct the implementation and governance of Google Analytics across its websites, which include the very highly trafficked Nature.com, Springer, BioMedCentral and Scientific American. You will support others to enable them to provide actionable analysis and insight into the behavior of researchers in both their roles as authors and users of scientific information as well as general trends in the world of research. Driving change that improves their experience with SpringerNature and supports our purpose to advance discovery.
As a Digital Analytics Lead, you'll work with multiple departments in order to lead manage the standardization of websites and the implementation of Google Analytics according to business needs. You will need to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop policies for GA data governance, create documentation and training material around the appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data capture and analysis process.
