The Global Ops Technical Training team is looking for an experienced, resourceful, and results-driven Analytics Lead to drive a Skilling - Bank Wide Ops Transformation projects in HSBC. As a BWOT Skills Analytics Lead, you will be working closing with the STX team and to lead and manage the project analytics. You will ideally be a senior-level data practitioner with expert project management skills, able to plan and deliver while ensuring minimum disruption to business processes. This role will require nuanced stakeholder management with a range of internal and external parties, often requiring management of several moving project parts simultaneously. You will be the go-to person for everything analytics related across 'BWOT Skill' so as to ensure that the project is delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be results-oriented, thorough, and able to execute projects within agreed-upon deadlines. You should have a working understanding of People & Talent Management strategies/frameworks, Org & Emp Skill Management (Up skilling & Reskilling), Competency Management Principles Etc. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Learning Analytics for GOTT
  • Drive project execution, including timelines, budgets, resources & milestones
  • Managing project delivery teams within (GOTTT, BWOT) & across the company
  • Managing projects to successful completion within designated parameters
  • Closing out and handing over projects to ensure sustainability

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Formal Qualification in Data Analytics - Excel, SQL/VB, coding, PowerBi, and R(desired), data dashboard / data visualization and data strategy – mining/big data.
  • Recognized project management qualification
  • At least 7 years’ in Data Management
  • Expert computer literacy, including project management software
  • Proven team leadership ability
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conflict-resolution and problem-solving ability
  • Strong project management skills
  • Efficient Organization skills
  • Team/People Management Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and control group dynamics.
  • Successful experience within project teams.
  • Computer literacy (word processing, PowerPoint, spreadsheets and database applications).

  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
