Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for Advance Project Planning including budget,SE,Quality Planning,DL,Simulation activity (Formability,Skin evaluation,Spring back,Compensation),COE activity for sheet metal
Responsible for Zero PCR after TKO
Responsible for all project's simulation/Virtual validation package & delivering to Execution/Toolmaker @ TKO
Complete ownership of Process & simulation till the handover to Plant/Supplier
Responsible for capability building/Skill enhancement of SE & Simulation team
Close cordination with MANA,T&D,SYMC & CME stamping resource for timely & effieciently execution of simulation
Responsible for outsourcing or inhouse SE/Simulation feasibility for sheet metal
Guideline,Acceptance criteria & Standard creation for SE ,Simulation
Concurrent engg process enchanement for data maturity lead time reduction with less number of SE/Simulation feedbacks
Responsible for close cordination with all COEs for SE & Simulation PCRs timely & closures
Reposnsible for Die Tryout time reduction (First Time Right) through accurate front loading
Responsible for enahancing process for implementation of all Tryout/Execution's lesson leart wrt process & simulation
Responsible for surpassing all project TCP targets wrt SE & Simulation
Responsible for Closing all open points of Toolmaker technical discussion
Making guideline/ process for effective PFMEA analysis & closing of high RPN issues

Key deliverables -
Stamping Assumptions & Budget Preparation for Business case
Formability Green for all CME stamping's Panels with Zero PCR target at TKO stage
Handing over SE Package (3D Layout,Quality Plan),Simulation package(Sim file, Report,SPring back & compensation plan) to Toolmaker & complete ownership on simulation
Feasibility feedback through SE/Simulation on each data release & PCR generation/closing before target date
Surpassing Project targets Die Ratio & Yield
