Process Engineer - Projectr r Key Responsibility Areasr r Managing the batch processing Operation.
r Trouble shooting and utility load calculation
r To Manage Batch planning, yield improvement.
r Documentation work with cGMP.
r Operating cost and overhead cost calculation.
r Design basis report & process description preparation and review.
r Preparation of design safety plan, process safety plan, HAC layout, source list, Hazop study, HAZID study, HSC plan, ERP, sustainability, environment management plan and waste management plan.
r Relevant exposure to preparation of process flow diagram, equipment mapping at plant.
r Preparation of SOP & HIRA (Hazardous Identification and Risk Assessment) documents.
r Participating in HAZOP Meeting with operation , project , mechanical and environment dept. etc.
r Preparation of basic engineering package.
r ETP, RO, MEE, Utility and fraction distillation columns on AUTO CAD Software.
r Mechanical Work :-
r Commissioning of reactors, dryers, Centrifuges, ANFDs, and its accessories like Trap , Vacuum pump , Hot water tanks , solvent tanks, receivers and its piping.
r Civil Work :- Modification in plant , API PDL new area commissioning with API project team guidance
r Other Work :-
r Prepare qualification documents of equipmentaEUR(TM)s as per GMP norms, Safety coordination during project activity, Project store
r Coordination with R&D EHS and Engineering department for PSM (Process Safety Management) related activities
r Equipment fabrication & development drawing.
r Coordination with production, process engineering & other department for new modification drawings.
r Assist in preventive and breakdown Maintenance activities and documentation of Raw Water plant and DM water plant.
r Preparation of isometric drawing of piping and loops.
r Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures
r Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies
r Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
r To collecting data required to make improvements and modifications.
r Using and developing process simulation software to work out the best production method.
r Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems.
r Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities.
r Assuring safety and environmental issues.
r Liaising with installation/project engineers and specialists.
r Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.
r Knowledge of process engineering software systems.
r Conducts risk assessments.
r Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows
r Overseeing the constructions of new plants.
r To purchasing and installing equipments.
r To using scientific principles related to magnitude, momentum , Heat Transfer Etc.
r Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
r Guide team in carrying out design calculations and preparation of engineering documents/drawing.
r Ensure the quality of process engineering documents to make BEP.
r Finalize the documents for design and operation HAZOP.
r Educational Qualification: B.E. (Chemical)
