- Job Title – Engineer– Process Engineering
- Location – Jaipur
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Work Experience - 3-8 Years
Lean / 6S / Training to team member for Lean manufacturing
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance PQCDSM.
- Application of 5S concepts
- Provide training on Continuous improvement tools and techniques to help drive teams through continuous improvement cycles.,
Productivity
- Line Balancing study and implementation for optimum output and Productivity improvement .
Capacity planning
- Study and analysis of Assembly operations for Layout and facility planning to achieve Capacity for Existing and New Products
Process Planning
- Production Process Finalization: PFMEA /Process Sequence//Critical Process Control/ SOP
