Role Description: Aurigo is looking for the right creative mind to strategize, plan, and execute design projects. He/she should adhere to the brand\'s design aesthetics and enhance it, if required, to be more relevant to today\'s world. Key Responsibilities: Create and design various materials for print and digital media based on the specifications provided by the stakeholders. Take responsibility for the design work assigned and ensure end-to-end delivery, cross-checking all design aspects. Understanding the diverse types of assets-like social media creatives, infographics, whitepapers, guides, internal comms assets, website creatives, proposals, presentations, brochures, and event collaterals, and creating designs to match the requirement of each asset. Work with other design agencies for projects and ideate, visualize, and review designs. Research the competitor landscape and will be encouraged to suggest ideas for improvement. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications. Design Style Requirement: Should have a clean style with a minimalistic approach regarding design elements. Strong capability in PowerPoint presentations is a plus. Must send his/her portfolio of work covering a wide range of creative projects. Desired Skills & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in graphic design in B2B IT or advertising. Flexibility in terms of timelines and design style will be needed due to the possibility of shifting priorities and delivery dates. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web development, video editing, and storyboarding. Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Filmora Pro/ Adobe Premiere, Figma, InDesign, and other graphic design software. Knowledge of AI-based design software is a plus. Strong analytical ability with an eye for detail. Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems. Project management skills are a plus.
