Global Fraud and Credit Control Services is a first line of defense control function in Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB), with the core purpose of supporting the entire customer fraud & credit journeys and creating sustainable outcomes for the Customer and the Bank. It has 5 core sub-functions: Originations & Underwriting Services and Credit Bureau Management; WPB Decision Systems; Collections; Fraud Ops and Fraud Management. This role offers the exciting opportunity working across the sub-functions and sits within the Fraud and Credit Strategy and Engagement Team. The Opportunity: The technical learning design specialist will form part of a small group of subject matter experts responsible for the design and execution of the Fraud and Credit Technical Education and Capability Development strategy. Working with partners from across the function to interpret needs analysis, define scope, storyboarding, propose and create technical learning solutions aligned to business requirements and outcomes. They will be building and strengthen technical capabilities for our people through tailored education and employee development programs. What you’ll do:

• Interpret functional technical learning needs and craft bespoke learning solutions.
• Create engaging and bespoke specialist training content leveraging best practice in learning technologies and instructional design.
• Improve technical learning offerings through digitization, enhanced accessibility options and engaging solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure technical learning solutions best met the needs of our team members and the customers they support.
• Support the team in delivering employee development programs and initiatives that build knowledge and experience across the function.

Requirements
What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Experience working in a learning environment where innovation and creativity is key
• Proficient with design platforms / technology, such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills e.g. PowerPoint, Excel
• A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to our customers
• Experience of planning and prioritizing their own time effectively to deliver deadlines

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Fraud and/or Credit Control Services Operational experience
• Committed and enthusiastic to an ever-changing environment
