We are seeking an experienced Learning Designer with expertise in eLearning design to join our team. With a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging and effective designs for our eLearning courses and materials. Your creativity and knowledge of eLearning design principles will contribute to enhancing the learning experience for our audience.
Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts specifically tailored for eLearning courses and materials.
• Develop innovative and interactive designs that align with the learning objectives and content of each course.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand the educational goals and requirements of each project.
• Create engaging visual elements, animations, and infographics to enhance the instructional content and learner engagement.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all eLearning materials.
• Stay updated with the latest eLearning design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into design projects.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on effective visual design strategies for eLearning content.
• Work closely with the eLearning development team to ensure seamless integration of graphics into the eLearning platform.
• Manage multiple eLearning design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on graphics and ensure they meet the technical requirements and specifications of the eLearning platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience with a focus on eLearning design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Aftereffects) and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing eLearning design projects, including visual elements, animations, and infographics.
• Solid understanding of eLearning design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with SCORM and other eLearning standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in design aesthetics and branding.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in eLearning design and technology.
