Job Title: User Experience Design Specialist What you'll do In your role as a User Experience Design Specialist, you would complement and provide thought-leadership to product development teams. More specifically, you would –

• Create, evaluate, and modify low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to support evolving software application development.
• Develop user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses, act as an advocate of the end users
• Assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations.
• Develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems.
• Produce specifications describing user requirements and internal structures for product in development.

What you bring

• Portfolio of innovative design work with focus on interaction as well as visual design
• 4- 7 years of hands-on experience with building user interfaces in the domain of enterprise scale business software (preferred), or other domains
• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Design from a reputed Design Institution
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Test Driven Development
• Very good communication skills in English (oral and written)
