  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle of the business unit right from sourcing till conversion.
  • Establish ongoing relationships with the hiring managers by initiating job brief calls to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner.
  • Handle recruitment activities from reviewing the requisitions, posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and creating offer letters within the agreed SLAs.
  • Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, job portals, social media etc.
  • Pro-actively build talent pipeline of highly skilled resources as per hiring forecast.
  • Effectively manage candidate relationships and provide timely feedback on the status of their applications.
  • Ensure ATS information is up to date and aligned with regional regulations
  • Develop recruiting metrics/ KPIs to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Ensure that trackers are inline and up to date for effective reporting.
  • Create Monthly/ Quarterly Analysis and reports for senior business HR leadership.
About You
  • BSc/BA or MSc/MA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
  • 12-15 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced global recruitment environment
  • Experience in ATS software such as Taleo, ORC, Workday, CSOD and other new world recruitment tools, technologies and platforms to improve process efficiencies.
  • Extensive headhunting / direct recruitment experience, particularly with building diverse teams. Advanced level of Boolean / active sourcing abilities, able to leverage a wide range of talent mapping, sourcing, engagement, and talent attraction channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Experience of
. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word)
  • Have strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational and documenting skills.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
  • Possess superior time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity and be a solid team player
  • Ability to multitask and influence and manage multiple stakeholders.
